T hank you, Gerry, for conducting your Managing Change training program to the managers and supervisors of the NY/NJ region of Quest Diagnostics. With all of the changes we've experienced recently, it couldn't have come at a better time.

Many of our employees, including the supervisors who manage them, have been feeling the anxiety, fear, anger, uncertainly, and apathy that accompanies change. As a result of the training, our managers and supervisors understand that change is inevitable and can even be a positive experience. Most importantly, they were provided skills to help their staff deal more effectively with change, such as focusing on "moving forward," seeing change as an opportunity, and being accountable in helping the company succeed.
